Lana is a friend of Brittney and her family. I have never met her, but I am grateful for her support and concern. She is a mother of two and also a graduate student, working on a thesis relating to parent-adolescent communications. She was a few years older than Brittney, and Brittney remembers her kindness in reaching out to make her feel welcome. I do know that Lana hasn't lost that ability to reach out in kindness and love, and I hope to meet her someday. Lana, welcome to the Hall of Baldness!
